We recently employed Mark Grimshaw and Surrey Lofts Group Ltd to complete a loft conversion in our home.
The short story is that it took 18 weeks, resulted in damage to the rest of our house, we had money stolen from our child’s bedroom and a lot of lies from the workers, project managers and even the managing director himself.
(Yes, we have evidence to back all of this up from photos as well as emails/texts.)
At the time of writing we’re still in a battle to get the damaged fixed.
