| I put this page together quickly as I just got notice of the dispute from Charles Tapp. In his dispute he said: "I ordered this I got it and then I have been left hanging with no contact from seller this is not what I was told the product does" First of all, the product he bought was a digital download - delivered immediately after payment. It was a software package and all the software was available on the download page right after he paid so the claim that the product is not as described is false. However, the reason I wanted to put this page together is because his claim of being "left hanging with no contact" is an outright lie. Below you will find a screenshot of my email inbox with all emails relating to Charles Tapp, tappcharles@yahoo.com It shows the original payment, then a series of emails back and forth (totalling 16) and finally the notice of the dispute. I spent a significant amount of time with this buyer trying to help him out.  Below you'll see I offered to help him out with the software, which he accepted - proving that he was not "left hanging".  Finally, below you will see
that I did in fact help him and also that he was happy and thankful for
the help I gave him - even telling me he "owed me big time"
 After his email on April 16th, (the one in which he thanked me for my help) I have had no further correspondence with the buyer.
